1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Vault website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.
4. Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
5. Card Conditions
Single cards are graded at our discretion using standard TCG condition guidelines (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.). Condition grading is subjective; if you are unsatisfied with the condition of a card, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of The Vault or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. Card images remain the property of their respective publishers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, The Vault's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
